The process versus result dichotomy is all about how the sub-aspect presents itself within the collective or communication between people. The 2nd and 3rd attitudes are both process oriented. The 1st and 4th attitudes are both result oriented.
The flexible and insecure attitudes both focus on the exchange of information and journey of understanding regarding the aspect. They prefer to view the aspect as mobile and unfixed – constantly changing and evolving. They usually refuse to come to long term conclusions regarding the aspect – preferring to view it as a flowing river of information.
The confident and unconcerned attitudes both focus on the points of beginning and end in regards to the aspect. They prefer to view the aspect as static, fixed and serving a purpose in a specific point of time. They usually quickly come to conclusions regarding the aspect whether they are comfortable with it or not.
