About The Development of The AP-QAI
The AP-QAI has been in development for roughly five years. In early 2016, Rob started collecting responses to the early versions of the eight fundamental attitude questions and analyzing the patterns that were hidden within each response. What he found was significant, and this led to the evolution of the theory of Attitudinal Psyche.
After bolstering his findings and further creating his own descriptions, inter-type relation theory, and officially launching Attitudinal Psyche as a business, Rob decided to open the AP-QAI as a product to the public in 2021.

Attitudinal Psyche measures a very specific slice of personality – one’s disposition. Other systems like Enneagram, Socionics, Jungian typologies and Myers-Briggs are all compatible as additive measures of personality with Attitudinal Psyche. Over the years of conducting expert analysis in Attitudinal Psyche, We’ve found that the best and most trustworthy way to understand one’s fundamental attitudes is by asking open ended questions related to each aspect. Not only does this give the respondent an opportunity to fully display their native dispositions but it also opens the door to recognizing linguistic patterns and how one relates to each attitude in a unique way.
