Elaborate Flexible Emotion

This subtype pokes at people’s emotions to attempt to get them to converse about what is happening internally. Wants to understand why people feel the way they do. Often interested in elaborate webs of relationships and how they came to be. Argues against inappropriate displays of emotion that could potentially disrupt further discussions but is willing to challenge and listen to the feedback of the offender. Can be self-deprecating, especially if it garners further inquiries from those around them. Good mediators and devil’s advocates.
