LVEF • The Deviser

LVEF is the Attitudinal Psyche type that seems the most interested in coming up with action plans to better understand and integrate knowledge, emotions, and the underpinning of reality that binds these abstractions together. The LVEF appears to be protecting their emotional vulnerability by diverting their focus towards collaboration, gathering data, spurring ideas, and creating seamless opinions based on the objective collected data. They may come off as quiet, astute, perceptive, heady, scientific, level-headed, serious, cooperative, well-mannered, and at times anxious over how they come off to others. The LVEF seems to want control over their identity by creating clear maps of knowledge that reflect how life ebbs and flows in numerous directions.

1-1 Subtype

The 1-1 subtype is the easiest to identify because it is supremely confident and protective over its own understanding of the aspect held within. This is also the most common subtype for the confident attitude and the only common accentuated subtype. This type believes that their greatest gift lies within their ability to come up with quick answers regarding the aspect and will refuse to mitigate its understanding to other parts of the personality. The tendency is for the 1-1 subtype to come up with precise monologues about their opinions. They can come off as rude, cruel, or snappy if one criticizes their confident aspect – but will not see themselves as being this way. Instead, they view their opinions as standalone and obvious, so the internal thoughts are, “Why would I need to explain, as what I said speaks for itself.” However, they are also aware of how they can be harmed and make sure they are constantly developing their skills within the aspect to avoid weakness.

2-1 Subtype

The 2-1 subtype is the most leaderlike of the flexible subtypes. They are prone to stating their opinions flat out regarding the aspect held within while retaining a self-focused demeanor. There is little holding back with this subtype as they are attempting to use their fearless aspect to lead by example. They seem to want to create higher levels of standards that others can observe and adopt for themselves without focusing on other people. The 2-1 subtype is still a process-oriented attitude at its core, so they are not trying to conclude the aspect like a true confident attitude would. However, they genuinely want others to follow their lead and overcome fears and obstacles by being as fearless as they present themselves to be. The follow-me subtype is looking for opportunities to express itself and become a bastion of hope for those who are less confident. This subtype is not as argumentative as the 2-3 subtype, but more unrelenting, blunt, and willing to impart its knowledge endlessly in a confident manner through long monologues. This type reports a strong need to guide others by example, so they can discover their best selves in the aspect.

3-2 Subtype

The 3-2 subtype tends to want to drum up as much information about a subject as possible. This is the most likely insecure subtype to share what they experience of the aspect held within in a deceptively “open and honest” way. Unfortunately this “openness” leads to a lot of negative outcomes and loose ends that ultimately stoke up the insecurity of this subtype. They commonly self-deprecate or make fun of their own insecurities to ease the pain that suppressing fears inflicts on their psyche and to reject personal grievances that their 3rd attitude causes. They usually mistype when solely focusing on behavior because they see themselves processing out information in relation to that aspect and think that they are much more positive than they are. There is a tendency to be determined in communicating the information to others as they desire constant processing but are still dodging negative responses or too much interweaving with people. This is where the name “Intrepid” comes in because they embark on a journey but fail to focus on the people involved which causes their downfall. For this reason, they often ignore how others are affecting them until they explode, leaving many memorable negative experiences that can tarnish the aspect.

4-0 Subtype

The 4-0 subtype is the most prone to completely ignoring or denying the importance of the 4th aspect as a whole. This type tends to abandon any desire to receive information from others until it absolutely must be done. They may struggle to cope with situations that involve the 4th aspect for long periods of time, because it demands too much of their attention and effort. This subtype views information within this aspect as a lingering, nagging problem that keeps them from focusing on more important matters in life (usually related to their other aspects). Although it can take weeks or sometimes months, once they deal with what is limiting them within the aspect, they are quick to ignore or outright dismiss it again. This pattern leads to an adoption of an ambivalent attitude over time where sometimes they are annoyed with processing the attitude out, and other times they believe that the aspect is entirely meaningless to their lives, so no real “lesson” is ever learned. Unlike the 4-4 subtype, this subtype has issues staying grounded and they believe that the aspect is not worth paying attention to unless they are forced.

**Below are unique elements of your subtype configuration

Chain Aspects

You have a chain present in your subtype configuration which means you have one aspect pointing to another aspect which points to another aspect. This means that you may often cycle information through multiple aspects rather than staying put. You likely go through many different reactions in conversation and people may view you as vibrant, multi-faceted, complex, or even enigmatic.

Flow Aspect

You have a flowing aspect present, which means one of your aspects is pointing at another aspect. This means you will often connect these two aspects together and frequently discuss ideas surrounding the block that is formed. (Ex: VELF 2234 has a flowing aspect from 1-2 to 2-2 which is in the VE block so this person will often discuss motivation whenever V is brought up, mitigating the V conversation to E information.
